  • 1 cup tarwebloem
  • 1 theelepel bakpoeder
  • 1/3 cup suiker
  • 1/4 theelepel zout
  • 2 eetlepels limoen- of citroensap
  • 1/4 cup olijfolie
  • 1/2 cup (haver)melk
  • 1 theelepel vanillie
  • 2/3 cup blauwe bessen (kan ook uit de vriezer)

Instructies

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 160 graden.
  • Roer alle droge ingrediënten in een mengkom door elkaar. Meng dan in de schaal de natte ingrediënten door elkaar. Doe dan de schaal bij de mengkom en roer dit zacht door elkaar. Roer op het laatst de bessen erdoor.
  • Verdeel het beslag over de vorm en zet de vorm voor ongeveer 20 minuten in het midden van de oven.
