  • 200 gram tagliatelle
  • 1 ui
  • 250 ml kookroom
  • 1 chouffe biertje
  • 1 bouillonblokje
  • 400 gram peultjes
  • 125 gram spekjes
  • 80 gram zongedroogde tomaten


  • Kook de tagliatelle volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking.
  • Snipper de ui en fruit deze in een hapjespan. Voeg daarna de peultjes toe en bak deze kort mee.
  • Verkruimel het bouillonblokje in de pan en schenk dan de room en het biertje in de pan erbij en laat dit 10 minuten op laag vuur koken. Als het mogelijk is, zet dan een deksel op de pan of zet een andere pan er op zijn kop op zodat het vocht niet te snel verdwijnt.
  • Bak ondertussen de spekjes gaar in een andere pan.
  • Doe dan de tagliatelle, spekjes en tomaten in de hapjespan erbij en roer dit door elkaar. Serveer je gerecht met een beetje peterselie erover voor een ultieme uitstraling.
