Dit recept wordt al generaties lang in mijn familie gemaakt. Het is super snel gemaakt en echt heerlijk als avondeten.

Genoeg voor 4 personen

Benodigdheden

  • kookpan
  • kom
  • hapjespan

Ingrediënten

  • 400 gram rijst
  • 500 gram kipfilet (in blokjes)
  • 2 eetlepels olie
  • 2 eetlepels ketjap
  • 1 theelepel uienpoeder
  • 1 theelepel knoflookpoeder
  • 3 uien (in blokjes)
  • 2 blikjes tomatenpuree
  • 1 blik perzikken (in blokjes)
  • 1 kippenbouillontablet
  • 3 eetlepel ketchup

Instructies

  • Kook de rijst in een pan volgens de beschrijving op het pak.
  • Doe de kipblokjes in een kom en voeg de olie, ketjap, uienpoeder en knoflookpoeder toe. Laat dit lekker 10 minuten even trekken.
  • Bak vervolgens de gemarineerde kip goudbruin en de uien gaar in de hapjespak. Voeg daarna de tomatenpuree, perzikblokjes en het bouillonblokje toe en roer dit lekker door elkaar. Voeg als laatste de ketchup en het sap van de perziken toe en laat dit voor 5 minuten iets inkoken.

Voor grote groepen

  • Vervang de kip door bijvoorbeeld een blik met lychees voor de vega’s. Dit maakt het recept nog lekkerder zoet en smeuïg.
