Goed gevulde pindasoep

  • 1 rode ui (gesnipperd)
  • 1 witte ui (gesnipperd)
  • 1 zoete aardappel (in blokjes)
  • 3 tomaten (in blokjes)
  • 2 eetlepels olie
  • 1 bouillonblokje
  • 250 gram satésaus
  • 1 bosui (in reepjes)
  • 100 gram pinda's

Instructies

  • Fruit de ui met olie in de kookpan. Bak vervolgens de tomaten en zoeten aardappel voor ongeveer twee minuten mee.
  • Voeg dan de satésaus, bouillon en 500 ml water toe. Blijf af en toe roeren tot de soep aan de kook is.
  • Doe dan de taugé erbij. Wil je een echte goed gevulde soep maken, voeg dan bijvoorbeeld 200 gram Chinese roerbakgroente toe. Laat dan de soep voor ongeveer vijf minuten koken.
  • Klaar is de soep. Garneer eventueel nog met bosuitjes en pinda's voor een fancy look.
