  • 200 milliliter griekse yoghurt
  • 1 1/2 blaadje gelatine
  • 100 gram frambozen
  • 40 gram blauwe bessen
  • 50 gram chocolade
  • 1 eetlepel rietsuiker


  • Doe frambozen en suiker in de pan en laat deze in ongeveer 5 minuten koken. Blijf wel roeren zodat het niet aankoekt.
  • Leg de gelatine in een ruime schaal water.
  • Knijp de gelatine blaadjes uit en voeg deze toe aan de pan. Even roeren en laat het dan afkoelen voor ongeveer vijf minuten.
  • Als het is afgekoeld doe dan de griekse yoghurt erbij en even roeren. Als het warm is kan ook maar dan wordt je pudding wat harder.
  • Giet het daarna in de kommen en laat het opstijven in de koelkast voor ongeveer 30 minuten. Garneer het toetje voor het serveren met chocolade en blauwe bessen.
