Genoeg voor 4 personen
- 500 gram spliterwten
- 1/2 knolselderij
- 3 wortels
- 1/2 prei
- 1 aardappel
- 1 bouillonblokje
- 1 blaadje laurier
- 1 rookworst(kan ook vega zijn)
Instructies
- Het lekkerste is als je de spliterwten de avond van te voren al hebt laten wellen in een bak met ruim water. Mocht dat niet gelukt zijn kan je de erwten eerst een uur laten koken in water met een blaadje laurier en bouillon.
- Haal dan het blaadje laurier eruit. Voeg dan de groente toe en laat dit ongeveer nog een half uur koken. Blijf zo af en toe roeren.
- Garneren met de rookworst en dan is het tijd om op een regenachtige dag van deze heerlijke soep te genieten!
