  • 125 milliliter slagroom
  • 200 gram pure chocolade
  • 50 gram boter
  • 8 eetlepel cacao poeder


  • Breng de slagroom in de pan aan de kook.
  • Haal dan de pan van het vuur en smelt de chocolade in stukken in de pan.
  • Voeg dan de boter toe en blijf roeren tot alles is opgelost.
  • Giet dan het mengsel in de vorm. Wat over is kan in een schaaltje. Laat het dan voor ongeveer 1 uur opstijven in de koeling.
  • Haal de truffels uit de vorm en rol ze door een bakje cacao. De truffels in het schaaltje kun je scheppen met twee lepels tot een bolletje.
  • Serveer de truffels dan in een mooi schaaltje of bordje.
