  • 6 american cookies
  • 50 gram roomboter
  • 100 gram frambozen
  • 50 gram suiker
  • 50 gram pure chocolade
  • 200 gram monchou
  • 250 gram mascarpone
  • 1 blaadje gelatine


  • Smelt de boter en roer daar de verkruimelde koekjes doorheen. Bedek hiermee de boven van de cakevorm.
  • Doe dan frambozen in de pan met de suiker en laat dit ongeveer 4 minuten op het vuur staan tot het een glad mengsels is. Doe dan het vuur uit en roer de gelatine erdoor. Laat het dan even afkoelen.
  • Roer dan de mascarpone en monchou door elkaar tot een glad mengsels. Spatel dan de chocolade vlokken erdoor.
  • Schep dan dit mengsel op de koekbodem. Verdeel dan de frambozen eroverheen. Zet de vorm dan voor ongeveer een uur in de koelkast.
